Prototype Creation

Software Installation
Our technical team evaluates the device specifications then specifies the best OS (operating system) for the device while maintaining hardware performance and optimising battery life.
Testing the Device
G-Force Imports has a fully fledge technical facility that tests every aspect of a newly developed handset – these include screen durability, rigorous battery testing and component checks. In layman’s terms – we put the new device through its paces to make sure it is fit for market.
Mass Production / Assembly line-readiness
Once the testing facility is happy with the device and the green light is given, we move onto the manufacturing stage where our factories create your unique handset in mass. All our manufacturing facilities undergo regular independent auditing thereby maintaining the highest standards.
Device Packaging
G-Force Imports has a design team that is capable of creating unique packaging designs for your brand and/or your device or accessories.
We regularly assist customers in creating a brand from scratch. Our team offers complete cradle to grave creative solutions from brand development, start-up / shut-down animations, to your final packaging designs.
When your handset or accessory arrives you get the complete package ready to be sold on your shelves or delivered to your end user.
Shipping / Warehousing
G-Force Imports has dedicated relationships with various local and internationally based logistics entities to make sure your newly manufactured product arrives on time and with as little hassle as possible.
Our Warehousing / Logistics partners make sure that your products arrive and are distributed to your channels securely and safely.
Exchanges / OBF / Repairs
G-Force Imports has a fully equipped service and repair centre based in Johannesburg. If a product is not 100%, we service and/or exchange your device at our designated facility. We are always ready to tackle hardware issues if they arise – this is central to our customer service orientated culture within our business.
